  • 10% relief from amount of utility services rates for  each new employee exceeding the number anticipated by the investment programme for a period of 5  years ( one employee on 100 square meter)

  • Favourable price per square meter ( Euro 3-5, what amounts to 12-20% of the actual value of the building land)
