Due to the fact that the first phase of zone
construction has begun, preparations for alterations and amendments
to the decision on municipal contribution and municipal fee are
currently taking place which shall confirm exemptions for
entrepreneurs who realize their projects within the zone. In
addition, a decision shall be made on the method of use of land
within the zone which shall be divided with building rights, and
insofar as the project is realized, the town of Gospić shall offer
entrepreneurs the possibility of purchasing land at very reasonable
prices or even donate the land.
