Incentives for payment of local rates for crafts of agriculture nature and agriculture:
                                                                 I year 75%
                                                                 II year 50%
                                                                 III year 25%

Incentives for payment of municipal services tax:
1. 100% exemption for:
      - business facilities in which jobs in short supply are carried out
      - facilities of special interest for the City of Karlovac
2. 50% exemption for production activity
         (the remaining 50% may be exempted by Decision of the City Council)
3. Business facilities in which investments were made by disabled Homeland War Veterans in proportion to the disability percentage

- in the first year of business operations – no payment
- in the second year of business operations - 50%
