• Benefits in payment of the company tax   -100% exemption in the 1^st year of operations
                                                                    - 75% exemption in the 2^nd year of operations
                                                                    - 50% exemption in the 3^rd year of operations

• This exemption is not applied to legal and physical entities starting catering business or groceries’ trade

• Existing entrepreneurs, who have increased the number of employees in the previous year, are allowed to pay reduced company tax, as follows
  - up to 10 employees, 25% reduction of the company tax
  - up to 25 employees, 50% reduction of the company tax
  - more than 25 employees, 100% reduction of the company tax

•  Benefits in payment of the municipality utility fee

• Legal and physical entities having built new facilities in the zone, are entitled to reduction of the municipality utility fee, as follows:
  - 100% reduction in the 1^st year of operations
  - 75% reduction in the 2^nd year of operations
  - 50% reduction in the 3^rd year of operations
  - 25% reduction in the 4^th year of operations

• Other benefits (exemption from payment of a part of the municipality contribution):
  - for facilities of the size: 
  - 1000 - 5000 m³  25%  reduction of the municipality contribution
  - over 5000 m³ 50% reduction of the municipality contribution

•  Besides the above listed benefits, the entrepreneurs building within the zones are entitled to additional 10% reduction of the municipality contribution
