  • Land payment conditions –in  6 instalments

  • Municipal services tax for all buildings in the zone reduced by 50%

  • Payment of municipal services tax in 36 instalments

  • All buildings built in the zone are exempted from local rates during the 5 years period

  • Connections to utilities infrastructure /water, drainage system(ž/m as well as gas connection, reduced by 50%

  • Further incentives depending on business activity, production is in particularly stimulated

  • Professional assistance of employees of the competent administrative departments of City Administration.
